Stop Doug Fordโs attack on Ontario workers! I just sent an email to say: hands off workersโ right to strike! Will you send one too? #OnLab#OnPoli#EnoughIsEnough https://t.co/4iONA1nE0d
@Sflecce@vaughansoccercl Extra curriculars are NOT part of class, they are outside of school hours and are lead by educators who choose to VOLUNTEER their time.
And so it begins,.. all Ed workers must stand together! After four years of 1% ,anything but a real raise for any dewormer is just another show of disrespect.
BREAKING: Province is offering @osbcucscso school support staff earning less than $40,000 a year a pay raise of two per cent a year over four years, and all others a 1.25 annual boost. Bargaining docs just posted. Story soon at https://t.co/SbiJ3RsKDn @TorontoStar#onted
.@SylviaJonesMPP,@MonteMcNaughton,@fordnation no one should have to choose between working sick, and not being able to pay the bills. Itโs time for 10 permanent, employer-paid sick days NOW! #onpoli

โ ๏ธUPDATE: ALL SCDSB SCHOOLS CLOSEDโ ๏ธ
Due to current road conditions and the forecast for poor weather to continue throughout the day, all SCDSB schools will be closed (Jan. 17). Students will move to remote learning where possible. The Learn@Home program will run as scheduled.
Donโt ever forget that they had MONTHs to make schools safe yet they failed to do so. This is a colossal failure of leadership by @fordnation and @Sflecce.
BREAKING: @ongov to announce (imminently) schools will go online for the next 2 weeks. As bitter a pill for some who will struggle mightily during this time, this will afford some needed time to upgrade safety measures, defuse the surge of Omicron.
