Our #Powerlifting students sharpen up their own skills, whilst learning how to write a specialist Powerlifting programme. If you want to join them, jump onto one of our courses - https://t.co/l8CiS7OW7l
Some classic #Kettlebell exercises share the same name as the barbell #Olympic lifts, but there are key differences in movement patterns. Kettlebell lifts move in an arc, but the #Barbell variations are more linear to make the lift as efficient as possible #fitnessfacts
From #Newcastle to #Cardiff to #London, we’re running #weightlifting dates across the country during May - get booked in before the summer break! https://t.co/p3rQXRMjLt
Q&A: One of the most common questions we get asked at S&C L1 is "How can I keep the bar closer?"
A lot of the time it comes down to the athlete's start position and how they move the weight off the floor, the hips will rise too soon and this will cause the chest to drop.
Helping you to reach your potential as a #gyminstructor or #personaltrainer is really important to us. We have always recruited students who have been on our courses, so they fully understand what it’s like to be in your shoes. Learn with us https://t.co/crSJsqpQqp
If you’ve completed #strengthandconditioning L1, you’re ready take things up a notch! With L2 & L3 you develop your own technique and teaching skills across weightlifting, powerlifting and kettlebells with our dedicated S&C instructors. Don’t just get better, smash those goals!
