Unpleasant experience with @LunarUIStudios

First time doing this. We hired them for UI work on our project and were met with repeated missed deadlines and unmatched quality standards from the very beginning. Along with refusal of refund.

They were provided with guidance on style (I have made some UIs as guidance myself) and failed to meet that.

The work was said to be done on 04/04, but it kept being pushed. I understand that sometimes personal issues can pull up, but I repeatedly did not receive any messages until I had to file a refund request via PayPal.

On their defense via PayPal case, they also claimed that their ToS is against refunds, which I was not informed nor did I agree with. They uploaded 3 different versions of the same UI, claiming 50% was already done, therefore they can keep the 50% upfront.
