Protect and serve is an heavy phrase. I think folks forget that it applies to everyone even people being arrested. That means putting the safety of the people above your own. It’s a dangerous job but if you don’t have the heart to risk your life for the people, find a new job.

I will never understand the idea that because somebody is an entertainer, streamer, or athlete they suddenly don’t get to have thoughts on issues. I get that we watch these folks for an escape but it doesn’t give us control over their rights or their platform.
