I am absolutely flabbergasted to be advised today by @CommBank that the only way to get a lower SVR loan with them was to leave for another bank and then apply for a new loan with CBA in 6 mths. Fancy receiving that advise after being a loyal customer for 40yrs? #cba #wheretonext
