YXE Top Lawyer says “…we do monitor it and we have specified that type of construction in areas where we thought vibration would be important to avoid.”
Which YXE property owners get the benefit of low impact and which get risk of high impact construction practices for ADUs?
@jeremykauffman I push the button to increase the likelihood of conviction/findings of liability for any asshole who runs me over.
Which it sounds like might be you.
Heading home…at last!
Looking forward to @AirCanada resuming their flights to Dubai. Until then, I’ll enjoy the superb service offered by @emirates - the gold standard!
Nothing wrong with that! Having a private bathroom is often a luxury. I spent many years at the start of my career in a room with bunk beds.
Today, I judge hotel rooms on whether they are clean and quiet. Those are my priorities!
Oil worker shows off his living quarters in North Dakota and honestly, it’s all a man needs.
Oilfield workers can make anywhere from $50k–$80k entry-level, and $90k–$130k+ for experienced CDL, drilling, or specialized roles.
@carytarasoffyxe@MattYoungCTV@owenjmunro@CJWWnews@evanbrayshow Imagine doing some modifications and providing them as mobile temporary shelters. It’s easier to simply throw millions at consultants and special interest groups. I’m sure someone will be converting one of these buses into a motorhome for the lake.
UPDATE: @cityofsaskatoon realized they didn’t have quorum at the bylaw appeal hearing so the decision has been squashed and the appeal cancelled.
The good news is nobody has to answer any awkward questions about bias, conflict of interest and gaming the system.
Unbelievable!
Looking forward to learning the outcome of my appeal to the provincial body.
Very organized flow chart explaining the process.
The municipal level could surely benefit from copying this format to better understand the initial bylaw appeal process.
Very impressed!
@mario4thenorth@WBrettWilson “Everyone deserves a second chance…”
These famous words helped create our current justice system. The second chance is never limited to a second chance.
Don’t forget the accounting fees for the professional tax preparation and the legal fees to structure your corporation in a tax beneficial structure.
It never ends!
My newest municipal tax bill arrived $7700
As a contractor, from each $ earned I pay:
- 24% to the Feds
- 11% to the Province
Therefore, I need to earn $10,400 pre-tax $ for the privilege of paying $7700 more taxes to the municipality
Canada doesn’t make sense
@PrairieVeteran My father taught my sister and me about firearm safety when we were children.
Now, I am teaching my son about firearm safety.
It’s called responsible parenting and proper firearm ownership practices. Firearms are secured in safe and zero access until my son is an adult.
