Montregard is being well backed but I’ll be following up on Ask Brewster in the Sandown Gold Cup at (7/1).

Hopefully the track isn’t an issue as I think he is still well-in.

Also fancy Minella Yoga (7/2) and Palamon (3/1).

A couple of jumping mistakes but wasn’t getting near that winner who was backed into favourite before the off.

Drift is a bit off putting but I have backed Busty Boy in the Highland National at Perth (6/1).

2nd last year behind Fairlawn Flyer who later proved he was well handicapped winning off 116.

Bowen is on today and this has clearly been the plan.

Russel & Scudamore haven’t had a great season but had a couple of winners at Ayr yesterday. Also think Traprain Law will go well for them in the first (9/2).

King Of Answers (11/2) for the Scottish National. I did want to stick with Ask Brewster after Cheltenham but I think the ground will be against him.

Have been waiting for Keops Des Bordes to run over hurdles, he runs in the last (4/1)

Winning this last week got him into the race, Harry Atkins claims 7.

Looks like a Skelton plot to me and worth finding out at 18/1!
