We went from having a decent chunk of counter space and a designated area to be able to work to no counter space, a very tiny rolling table with no lip around it to keep things from rolling off, and doors the open into the only place in the room we have to stand so it hits us lol

If I didn’t happen to work in neuro and know what something on my MRI read meant that my Dr missed I wouldn’t know TO advocate for myself. I’m so frustrated that I was discharged with zero support. And it’s in part bc they know I work in healthcare and thus think I don’t need it

On a related note: was talking to friends yesterday about how people keep making posts like “the poor people who have to clean it up” and everyone was like “ITS ME!! I HAVE TO CLEAN IT UP!!I make the mess knowing it’s literally my job to clean it up, it’s how this works!!” 😂😂
