This is a page from a court ruling under which I was transferred to a penal colony for convicted prisoners without ever being convicted by a court.
The translation of highlighted passage is here. Read it:
"Dubinskyi O.A. promoted a negative attitude toward the current Ukrainian authorities, portraying them as an ‘enemy’ that threatens the peaceful and stable life of the Ukrainian people, violates freedom of speech, persecutes political opponents, and cultivates radical ideas in the country; he also spread distrust toward the political and military leadership of the state ... and additionally stated the necessity of beginning a negotiation process with the Russian Federation"
The real reason I was sent to Mensk Colony No. 91 without a verdict is not only my criticism of Zelensky - which he clearly cannot tolerate - but also my insistence on holding genuine peace negotiations with Russia to end the war.
The Prosecutor General's Office states this explicitly in the indictment: "called for the necessity of peace negotiations with the Russian Federation."
But if calling for genuine negotiations to end the war in Ukraine can result in a potential life sentence and even lead to being sent to a penal colony without a conviction, then what exactly is Zelensky's circle doing today - merely simulating negotiations?
That is an obvious fact.

RBC-Ukraine, which works for the Presidential Office, has finally come up with the message Zelensky's team has been pushing all along: that elections in Ukraine are the Kremlin's main goal.
As a result, Putin has suddenly become the "guarantor of Ukraine's Constitution."
What a twist.

Anna Paulina, thank you for everything you are doing to help achieve peace.
In today’s Ukraine, even speaking about peace can lead to accusations of high treason.
Because of letters I wrote to President Trump, other world leaders, and you about political persecution and peace, I was imprisoned in a penal colony without a court verdict.
Those who advocate for peace face harsh persecution and life sentences today in Ukraine.
Zelensky says Russia can produce about 120 ballistic missiles every month, which allows it to keep launching large-scale attacks on a regular basis.
Meanwhile, Fire Point, a company linked to Zelensky’s associate Mindich (who fled Ukraine after investigation started), seems able to produce only one promotional video a month about another fake missile - plus a growing leaked collection of recordings exposing it’s corruption in the defense sector of Ukraine.
With the financial part of the Eurocredit more or less clear, let’s now look at the military component, which is supposed to go toward Ukraine’s defense industry (MIC).
Until now there has been no clarity on which specific projects these funds should be allocated to.
It is obvious, however, that Zelensky is extremely interested in redirecting them to his family’s company Fire Point, which has flooded the media with paid promotions about “Ukrainian ballistic missiles and air defense systems.”
Zelensky is ready to reinvest money stolen in Ukraine into this project through an Emirati shell company (the AMCU decision has already been prepared and is waiting), but only if the project receives a defense contract financed by European money.
That is why I view the hysteria Zelensky has raised around air defense funds and his “letter to Trump” as groundwork for securing such an order through the European credit on an emergency basis.
The entire performance he is putting on right now (with Putin helpfully providing the strikes) is aimed at pushing the Fire Point project forward.

The €90 billion European loan is more and more looking like a "paper tiger."
So far, only €8.35 billion in budget support has been confirmed (9.25% of the total loan amount), and even that is being provided under strict conditions requiring tax increases. These funds are enough to sustain six months of war - roughly until November 2026.
This may well be where the new "end-of-war" date comes from.
Initially, Zelensky was promised €16.7 billion in direct budget support, but to receive the second €8.35 billion, he would have to surrender control over the Prosecutor General's Office and the State Bureau of Investigation, effectively turning Zelensky's regime into a tiger with its teeth pulled out.
Without instruments of political pressure against opponents, and with only Poklad (SBU) remaining as an enforcer, it would be impossible to hold the power.
Therefore, Zelensky is warning the Europeans that if they continue to pressure him, he will "end" the war.
This is presented as a threat to Europe rather than a genuine plan to bring the conflict to a close.
Zelensky has moved on to outright blackmail - with hostages involved, of course.

Some Russian oil refinary will suspend its work for several weeks. I wonder when Russia strikes back -- where will Zelenskyy be -- in his bunker 95 meters underground or on a red acrpet abroad? And how many lives will be stopped forever since Ukrainian civilians have almost now protection on the fifth year of war.
And do not confuse that this is the only way to have peace, according to Zelenskyy. Though the plan has not worked yet, two-three more years and Russia will collapse...
With the same determination that all the media has spent the last weeks "ignoring" the death of 18-year-old Henry Novak at the hands of British police, it has also spent the last five years "ignoring" the mass killings and kidnapping of Ukrainian men by militarized groups on the streets of Ukraine.
Yet Elon Musk writes about Henry Novak ten times a day. There is no one like Elon to write about Ukrainian male citizens.
In both cases, the media's silence is a sign of a humanitarian disaster.
Future historians and researchers (if there is still a future for the white race) may look back on media that stayed silent and turned a blind eye to large-scale, systematic deaths as key accomplices in genocide and the destruction of human lives.
However, the self-destruction and degradation of white societies are proceeding at such a rapid pace that it is possible that the “scholars of the future” will interpret this period differently - as the time when Allah destroyed all unbelievers by depriving them of reason.
🇬🇧 Southampton is getting pretty messy right now.
Hundreds of people demanding justice for Henry Nowak are going head-to-head with riot police.
"I can't breathe" chants are ringing out across the crowd.
Objectively assessing the situation in the war, the following must be acknowledged.
The Russians have indeed lost even the slow, grinding pace of advance they previously had on the front.
The situation has turned into a back-and-forth tug-of-war in which Ukraine manages to push the Russians back, calling it “liberation of territories.”
The current system of warfare has reached a stalemate.
Ukraine will try to break out of this by ramping up strikes on Russian rear areas, while lacking any real ability to advance along the front line due to a severe manpower shortage. Russia, in turn, is expected to either stick with the same tactics - which will sooner or later lead to a ceasefire along the front line, something Kyiv is hoping for - or carry out mobilization, which (according to Zelensky’s advisors) would undermine Putin’s position inside Russia.
However, both of these scenarios only work if Russia’s current level of involvement in the war stays roughly the same. If we take the beginning of 2026 - before the war in Iran began - as the starting point for this plan, then Ukraine and its allies’ strategy looked like it had a strong chance of success. After calculating drone saturation on the front line, factoring in the decline in Russian oil and gas revenues, and continued rear-area strikes, the situation by autumn could indeed have become critical for Russia - or at least forced them into drastic decisions.
That was before the war in Iran sharply boosted Russia’s revenues and gave the Russian military budget significant breathing room. According to the original plan, Russian forces by now should have started to wear down and melt away.
In reality, that hasn’t happened. Moreover, the war in Iran has substantially depleted the air defense stocks that Ukraine had been counting on to protect itself from a surge in Russian attacks - attacks that would come precisely because Russia can’t make gains on the front. As a result, we now have a stalemate on the front line and a surge in Russian attacks, but Russia has no budget problems - while Ukraine faces serious air defense shortages.
The shortages are so bad that they forced Zelensky to write a desperate letter to Washington. But even if Washington wanted to help, it physically cannot.Rushing across Europe begging for any kind of air defense has produced nothing (Swedish fighters won’t arrive for at least another 10 months). The publicized “mobilization reform” - originally timed for when Russia’s front-line capabilities would run dry - is also badly timed. All that remains of the plan is the rehearsed line about ending the war by November. But the tools needed to achieve that goal no longer exist.
At the same time, the Russians are using the only real advantage they currently have - long-range strikes on Ukrainian rear areas. Without sufficient air defense, these threaten to turn into urbicide (the systematic destruction of cities), which I’ve spoken about before. The goal of these strikes is to break the rear’s ability to supply the front.
Russian statements about looking for ways to hit international supply routes, like Kyiv–Chop, are exactly about this.

Probably the biggest beneficiary of Zelensky's letter to Trump was Putin.
Not responding to a request for help - even if it was arrogant and poorly timed, but made publicly - is the clearest signal that the victim is defenseless.
The real question: is Zelensky so dumb that he doesn't understand the consequences of his actions, or is agent #PinocchioZelensky once again playing his role?
🚨🚨🚨 BREAKING: MY STATEMENT TO @realDonaldTrump
Mr. President Trump,
Honorable Members of Congress, Senators and Representatives,
Dear American people,
On May 25, Acting President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy sent you a letter, accusing the United States of no longer treating Ukraine as an ally and demanding increased supplies of weapons and air defense systems for the war with Russia.
Allow me to supplement and expand this letter on behalf of the Ukrainian people, who desire not war, but peace. My signature will be more modest, but my request will be somewhat broader.
Air defense systems are indeed critically important for the defense of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian people will accept this help with gratitude from the President, U.S. Congress and the people of the United States.
However, this help, unfortunately, will not bring an end to the war.
Although Zelenskyy does not ask for it, the Ukrainian people - who have become hostages to geopolitical struggles on one side and the personal animosity between Putin and Zelenskyy on the other - are asking for it.
In this conflict, ordinary people have been turned into cannon fodder. At the same time, they have been stripped of the right to say “no” to the war and to express their views on whether compromises are acceptable.
Zelenskyy took away this right by canceling elections.
In 2019, Ukrainians gave Zelenskyy a mandate for virtually unlimited power based on his promise to end the war at any cost.
Instead, the war became total.
Zelenskyy’s presidential powers expired in May 2024. Since then, no one has asked the Ukrainian people whether they support the continuation of Zelenskyy’s rule, the control of parliament by his Servant of the People party, or the continuation of the war.
The real answer to these questions cannot come from manipulated opinion polls that artificially show Zelenskyy with 70% support, but only from genuine elections.
Patriot missiles are needed by Ukraine to protect itself from Russian attacks. But to end the war, Ukraine needs elections.
Therefore, my appeal on behalf of the Ukrainian people to the President Trump, U.S. Congress, and the people of the United States is broader than Zelenskyy’s: provide Ukraine with the means to defend itself against Russian strikes, but link this assistance to the holding of elections in Ukraine.
Because only the Ukrainian people have the right - and the duty - to decide how this war should end.
Life should prevail. God bless America.
Glory to Ukraine!

@TBliuvas@realDonaldTrump It's amazing how Zelensky managed to bring in a bunch of dumb bots from Lithuania and Australia under my post to explain the Constitution of Ukraine to me - a member of the Ukrainian parliament.
You can find all of these idiots in the hidden replies.
Zoo is there. Enjoy.
