Yep! Happened to me when I sold a brand new shirt through some online poschmark type website and they returned another shirt, same size same style but was pilled through tons of use and wear. I knew what they did and never used any service like that again. My shirt was brand new and they swapped it saying it was an old shirt. Total crap that they get away with.
