Just wondered what the protocol is for claiming the handle of an inactive account. My channel is "DubR", i'm in the partner program but this channel has that handle, so I can't use it (even though it hasn't been touched for 13 years).
How should I proceed?

Do you know why this happens?
Video had a slow start in first 24 hours, but after that did well for 36 hours or so, had good retention and CTR. Then, suddenly flatlines, in one hour just stops getting suggested.
I understand YouTube pretty well, but this is new

@vidIQ I think it's on like 1.7k after a week, but its evergreen, so looks to be getting about 150-200 consistently per day

@vidIQ Took about a year and a half to get ad revenue, then another 6 months to reach the payment threshold 😂
We cooking with monthly payments now tho, so all is well
