我哋好高興及支持「香港問責檔案庫」(Hong Kong Accountability Archive, HKAA)的啟動。🔥

呢個由學者、記者與維權人士組成的團隊所建立的獨立資料庫，旨在保存2019年香港反修例運動期間警方執法中出現的潛在人權侵害證據。資料庫收錄來自新聞機構、人權監察員、公民記者與社運參與者的前線影片，經過訓練團隊分類整理，並配備先進的數據視覺化工具和搜尋系統，讓使用者能依據時間、地點與事件類型檢視示威相關資料。

自《香港國安法》實施以來，獨立媒體與民間機構在香港面對前所未有的壓力，視聽資料遭下架、網站被封鎖、甚至出現刑事追究的情況。HKAA的出現，正是在這種資訊不透明、言論空間不斷收窄的背景下，為保留真相與促進問責提供了一個安全的空間。

HKAA的資料庫不僅是保存，更是行動：

✅為研究者、媒體與法律專業提供可查證的資料來源
✅為國際社會理解香港人權情況提供基礎

Thailand forcibly returned a group of Uyghurs to China.

As a longstanding ally of Thailand, we are alarmed by this action, which runs afoul of its international obligations.

Has the UN's refusal to grant aid requests to the Uyghurs in Thailand ever caught your attention ? According to internal documents uncovered by an investigative journalist following a news report in May 2024 by The New Humanitarian and the Bangkok Post, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) office in Thailand allegedly declined a formal request from Thai authorities to provide assistance to Uyghur refugees as early as 2020. The UNHCR Bangkok office reportedly took no subsequent action regarding this matter.
The documents reportedly indicated that providing assistance to the Uyghurs could potentially compromise UNHCR's operations in China, with possible consequences including reduced donations, staff reductions affecting ten employees, and the termination of projects valued at $7.7 million.
The Deputy Director of Human Rights Watch's Asia division, upon reviewing these documents, expressed concern that the Thai government had attempted to address the situation through appropriate channels with UNHCR, only to have their request rejected by the organization itself. It appeared that Thailand was seeking to utilize UNHCR as a buffer against potential diplomatic repercussions from China.
When contacted for comment, the UNHCR Thailand office provided only a standardized response and declined to offer additional statements regarding the matter.
The veracity of this report remains subject to further verification and corroboration.

🚨 #BREAKING UPDATE: Trump administration deported the Guatemalan illegal alien who burned a NYC woman alive - and he eventually RE-ENTERED, allowing him to commit this heinous crime.

The most recent record of him was 2023. Biden administration did not deport him.

He also used TAXPAYER-FUNDED MIGRANT SHELTERS in NYC. The very city he k*lled an innocent woman in.

Trump deported the migrant in 2018. He re-entered at an unknown date - and received a transit ticket in 2023.
