My biggest flex is that last time I was completely unhinged and had “seeing you tonight it’s a bad idea right” night, he just hugged me cause I was sad, made me laugh harder than I have in a long time, and genuinely wished me well. It was the closure I’ve wanted my entire life.

Today my colleague talked about anxiety as if it’s a concept I don’t understand. Specifically because the thing I did this morning, would have given her anxiety. Do I now come across as someone who never gets anxious? Guess I’m just getting hotter AND saner with age. SLAYY

Normalize telling your coworkers you need to be left alone to get work done and them saying: sure! You do you. Your solo work (vs. Team projects) is also important. You CAN and SHOULD do you!
