The Reality Project has revealed that its final Season 1 Kickstarter campaign will have a goal of $25k, which would fund Episodes 16, 17 and 18, the final three episodes of ‘Reality Resort.’

🏝️ Our goal for the final #RealityResort Kickstarter campaign will be $25,000, aiming to fund Episodes 16, 17 and 18 - the final three episodes of Season 1. We've even got a few stretch goals that would make this ending feel really special!

One would bring brand new outfits for every character in the finale. They're not mandatory, but after 2.5 years of watching these characters compete, they deserve to show up looking their best!

Another goal would help us fund a "Jury Roundtable" bonus episode - a 10-15 minute special where the evicted jury members reconvene to debate the finalists before the big vote.

Neither of these are required to finish the season, but both of them would tie this season together in a nicely wrapped bow. If you'd like see both of these come to life, then support or share our campaign! 💙

Creating #RealityResort has taught us a lot about storytelling, production, what this genre is capable of and where we want to take it. One of the biggest things we've been working on behind the scenes is something you're going to start seeing with #RealityRace: a new visual direction for the series.

#TotalDrama is where this all started and we'll always be grateful for that foundation! But we've reached a point in this journey where we feel ready to step out from that shadow and build something that is fully, unequivocally ours.

So, meet Billie - one of the upcoming contestants in Race. This art style is our attempt to find the balance of expressive and cartoony, but also more grounded, detailed and distinct. We want a visual identity that reflects the ambition we have for this series and the stories we want to tell with it.

Finishing Resort is what earns us the right to make this leap. Our final Kickstarter campaign for Resort launches with the release of Episode 13, and successfully funding the last three episodes proves that this series has the support to grow into something bigger and better. It's what allows us to see this new visual direction through and carry it forward into everything that comes next. We are so excited for you to see where this goes - we're just getting started!

After funding Episodes 14 & 15 through the direct support of a few loyal fans, it's time to finish what we started. This campaign will fund Episodes 16, 17 & 18 - culminating in the first jury vote finale of this animated genre.

If we can complete the entirety of Season 1, it opens the door to everything that comes next, including a brand new art style we've been quietly developing for the next chapter of The Reality Gauntlet. (More on that soon!)
