Virtue of the fact that NO US Senators have stepped forward to remedy a greviously obvious dereliction of duty to the peoples of the United States by (their failure in) taking positive steps to remove the current 'leader' John Thune from his position of authority for his corrupt and ineffective leadership, it is now abundantly apparent the entire US Senate is actively envolved in and committing sedition in violation of federal law, 18 USC, section 2384.
1. By (engaging in a) conspiracy with two or more people to overthrow or destroy the US Government knowingly and willingly failing to pass the the SAVE America Act and critical Judicial and Executive appointments and not codifying critical Executive Orders.
2. Conspiring to forcefully PREVENT, HINDER or DELAY the execution of ANY US LAW/LAWS.

The Senate performance on not passing House legislation underscores the purposeful failures of John Thune and the balance of the Senate for their failure to remove him OR to take ANY actions to do so.

House Bills Enacted Into Law: 15 to 20 standalone House bills (H.R.) have successfully passed both chambers and been signed into law during this Congress (such as major pieces like the Consolidated Appropriations Act and the National Defense Authorization Act).

Unapproved House Bills Stalled in the Senate: There are roughly 250 to 300 bills that have successfully passed a full vote in the House but remain "unapproved" and completely stalled in the Senate. [1]

This action or lack thereof is purposeful by the US Senate and each member of the Senate as illustrated by their inaction to remedy, therefore each Senate member is abetting and condoning Leader Thunes seditious action being taken against the Executive Branch and the American People.

The DOJ must investigate and act upon the entire US Senate collective conspiratorial actions and failure to remedy by removal of John Thune, AND take proper legal steps under the law to remediate the US Senate members involved in conspiratorial sedition.

Judges who allow these sub-humans to return to civilized society need to be held accountable for their behavior and crimes which they allowed to happen by releasing the perps back out.
