@RobertKennedyJc I rededicated myself to my health about 2.5 years ago, quit using tobacco, work out daily either weights or light walks, and changed my diet to whole real foods with a major focus on eating primarily meat. I’ve lost 54lbs in those 2.5 years and feel stronger and healthier.
