@Snakeeater36 Being sent to FHTX and the 1st CAV after the MCCC was a HUGE part of my decision to leave the Army. The Army wanted me to have some “heavy experience” since I was a “light PL.”
It was truly like being on the JV team.
“If you are going to use military force, then you should use overwhelming military force. You should use too much and deliberately so; you'll save lives, not only your own, but the enemy's too.”

@anders_aslund Honestly, Somalia has nobody and nothing to offer the world, much less anything to offer the US, so them being against us is a good thing.
I can’t think of a single thing I would want Somalia to approve of us (me) on. They’re nothing.
@LawrenceBJones3 Hear me out, the legal standard of what is a capital offense needs to change. We need to execute people A LOT MORE OFTEN & for A LOT more things.
Pretty much all of the prominent voices who supported the Iran War assured us it would be over by now. None of them will admit they were wrong. Even less will they admit that their initial assurances were based on nothing but their own wishcasting. This whole shitshow has been an enormous waste of time and resources and our country has not benefited from it at all. Its advocates have moved the goal posts repeatedly and have even to this day refused to clearly articulate what constitutes a victory and how we’ll know that it’s been achieved.
@infantrydort It is possible to be both ethical & extremely/violent. The problem is our society, elected leaders, & senior military leaders are so weak that we’re scared of being extremely violent, especially on a large scale, when it’s needed. It’s really optics hiding behind “ethics.”
