"May not touch" doesn't mean "can touch and then it's up to the other team to either deal with it or call a violation".

I can only suggest reading the rulebook so many times, so I think this will be my last: Read it

@SRSUultimate This play didn't affect the game but I didn't want to waste my time play-by-play pointing out every violation when there was such immediate proof of ignorance.

Rule VIII.B.5 says "may not touch".
