The wins keep coming in! Keely Duke and Molly Mitchell prevailed on a Motion to Dismiss an Interim Appeal to the Idaho Supreme by the plaintiff in a legal malpractice case. The Idaho Supreme Court also granted Rule 11.2 sanctions against the plaintiff for attempting such appeal.

After two years of litigation representing a property seller over alleged defects in the roof & HVAC system of a Boise luxury home, Josh Evett persuaded an Ada County district judge to dismiss the case in its entirety. The district court also awarded attorney fees to the client.
Josh Evett and the Duke Evett attorneys pulled off a last-minute victory 10 days before trial in a real estate non-disclosure case where the plaintiff sued our clients for $300,000.00. Congrats, Josh + Duke Evett team!
