Haven't been here in 6 months. Just here to say after the last 2 nights I am 10000% down with the theory that Ben was holding the band back. Straight #Goose facts

@BillAckman Haha wiki sources 🤡

Been sitting in a chair all day. @JesusHSchvice is an anti-sitting posternutbag, this is cozy.

@Jive_I @DaisiesChicago @TheWienerCircle I’ve done a wet Italian beef in a croissant and my heart still pumps, what a treat

@melissasavenko ** when I say know that this is true, I am talking about the 90/10 thing specifically not the rest of my comments

[The Duke of The Gaggle @DukeOfTheGaggle]

@melissasavenko Btw based on your posts I def think you’re in that top 10% so you have to kind of know that this is true right?

Dont you want your clients to think basically all of your competitors are a commodity and that you provide a totally different level of service?

[The Duke of The Gaggle @DukeOfTheGaggle]

@melissasavenko There are certain situations, mostly suburban, where specific broker might make a difference. But again, top 10%. Beyond that it’s a dime a dozen.

[The Duke of The Gaggle @DukeOfTheGaggle]

@melissasavenko I’m not a residential broker. But I do have a managing broker’s license

@melissasavenko I routinely see clients send agents links to listings they like. I routinely see agents put a listing on a lockbox and never conduct a showing & get the deal done above ask. A lawyer can & should handle everything after a PSA. 10% tops are more than an wildly overpriced commodity

[The Duke of The Gaggle @DukeOfTheGaggle]

@melissasavenko I’m a managing broker

[The Duke of The Gaggle @DukeOfTheGaggle]

@melissasavenko Has anyone else noticed that there is only one profession that is constantly shouting that they are worth their commissions?

[The Duke of The Gaggle @DukeOfTheGaggle]

@melissasavenko @wakaflakafade @nytimes Nope, didn’t even know it existed

[The Duke of The Gaggle @DukeOfTheGaggle]

Been listening to some @moeperiod this week. Put the live shows aside for a minute. Has any jamband kicked so much ass in studio recordings in the past 30 years? #jambands

@uspcn @CAARPRNow @sdsatuic @GKMC18 @SOULInChicago @Jericho4PPs @frso_chicago @healthyhoodchi @fam_latinaunida @chitorture @Anakbayan_Chi @ILPS_Official @BLMChi I’m sure you’ll change a lot besides pissing off locals

[The Duke of The Gaggle @DukeOfTheGaggle]

@goldlikejoel @lovangorum @umphreysmcgee @KarinaRykman One of my absolute favorite memories of living in the city was stumbling into your masters recital in a small classroom at DePaul

[The Duke of The Gaggle @DukeOfTheGaggle]

@tamisawyer Sounds like a smart guy

[Matthew Yglesias @mattyglesias]

This never would have happened to a white university president (except at penn, a couple of weeks earlier, over literally the exact same issue, but without the plagiarism angle).

[The Duke of The Gaggle @DukeOfTheGaggle]

@wakaflakafade @melissasavenko Exactly. None of the other options are realistic, the MLS is a cartel
