@virginmedia @bt_uk It’s not just about being inconvenient! It’s about paying for a service you keep failing to deliver, if my car broke down I’d take it back and ask for a refund, so please don’t patronise me by saying it’s part of my life. It’s about you guys not providing a service I pay for!!

@virginmedia Sorry, so you only refund if it’s over 24hrs? Also do I need to speak to someone to report these outages? 150? Surely you know about these outages as it’s reported on your website, so why should I have to report it? Doesn’t make sense!? Or you just making it difficult?
