Running a business in Web3 is not for the weak.

One quarter your revenue flies, the following quarter you're scraping to pay salaries.

What differentiates you from the others who were "unsuccessful" is the ability to pivot, adapt, and manage stress.

One key thing I've learned from running a Content Agency for Web3 brands is:

It's never how you react, it's how you respond.

Reaction tends to be emotional, in-panic, and impulsive.

Response tends to be well-thought-out, calm, and intentional.

Shit can go sideways, but the founder (or founders) should be the central unshakable pillar.

By the end of the day, it's rarely about the product/service, but more about the people behind the venture.

So MSMEs in the gold industry (mostly in emerging markets) generate about 20% of the global gold output, around $75B annually.

And despite producing one-fifth globally, these MSMEs that are running smaller-scale operations remain excluded from traditional capital access.

Or if we want to use numbers:

🪙 There's a $6.5B annual gap in funding for equipment, infrastructure, and production expansion.

This means that one of (if not the most) productive sectors of the gold industry, which is operating at lower costs with smaller scales, is actually struggling more for capital access.

Crazy? Probably.

New? No.

This has almost always been the case for emerging markets, and it will continue that way if we don't start shifting how opportunity is being distributed on a global scale.
