The Public Investment Corporation has placed its CEO, Patrick Dlamini, on precautionary suspension following a whistle-blower report accusing him of unethical conduct. Whether the allegations are true or not is irrelevant to me—I’m simply glad he’s getting a taste of his own medicine. While at the Development Bank of South Africa, Dlamini threatened to recall a R15 billion loan from @Eskom_SA unless action was taken against me. He didn’t care whether the allegations I faced had any merit, not even on a balance of probabilities. I wish him the same pain I felt for what he put me through.
