One of our biggest achievements this year is the development of 2 new modules In collaboration with @UWS - these are subsidised -so grab the opportunity why you can.
More information on our new modules in collaboration with @UniWestScotland . Each SCQF Level 8 module will be delivered over 12 weeks, 3 hours a week and 20 credits which can count towards a degree. Lots of innovation and technological developments will be part of this.
Delivered in partnership with @switch_forum, our Compliance & Planning module explores responsibilities on both the employer and employee to maintain standards and compliance with all regulations.

Good luck to the Scotland team today playing Australia. First game of the international series and watching at home with a beer. Hoping for good things!
@switch_forum I hope employers and those seeking a great foundation qualification which will help both the business and the individual. Great course, great trainers, great experience and a great deal to take up this opportunity to learn and progress.
@switch_forum These course modules are aimed at team leaders/ supervisors working in the resource and waste sector or anyone wanting a good grounding in basic compliance demands of managing waste and resources, health and safety and an understanding of responsible management of resources
@jenny77grant@CIWMScotCentre It was a really interesting and fact packed presentation. Thanks to you @jenny77grant for taking the time. When you really understand the impact food waste losses and biodegradable materials have on climate, let alone how crazy it is to simply waste this stuff, we need change.
This journey started and we faced challenges on the way. I am sure #SRC22 and the speakers @CIWM team will give more insights. On a journey like this you need expert advice, knowledge of the right equipment and skills and a great network of friends and colleagues to help.
looking at my calendar and I getting more excited about Scottish Resources. Seeing colleagues in Perth in person and online is going to be really nice and there’s plenty to catch up on and discuss@CIWM #SRC22
Markets, new legislation, drive to zero carbon, reuse..see you there!
SWITCH Forum we are interested to know what health and safety issues we should be paying attention to. Stephen Freeland and ESA are asking people to complete a short survey on key issues impacting those working in the sector on H&S. please complete and ask other workers to assist
@raygeorgeson@higgledygarden It looks great Ray. Your hard work has paid off. I don’t know if you’re aware that the https://t.co/yOYrl0pbom is based at Stirling University. They gave me great advice and help on living with my bees when a swarm nested in one of my bird boxes.
@nicki_souter Well done Nicki and rest of the team. I hope you get plenty of donations for all your efforts and a great cause. Enjoy resting your feet and rehydrating!!
And we made it!! Now just for the gentle stroll downhill... thank you to everyone who has donated - you’ve motivated us every step of the way https://t.co/XghKCsSUKS
