We've not asked for pay restoration in one go and it's misleading to say the cost of pay restoration would be £3bn – that assumes Junior Doctors pay no tax. In reality the cost to Government would be £1.3bn, less than half of the cost to the NHS of the strikes to date.
Waiting list:
Yes, went down in Nov, as it has every winter for every year in the past decade +, whilst still trending up
Lack of strikes not a determining factor
If it was, what about Oct? @BMA_JuniorDocs striked with @BMA_Consultants but still waiting lists went down

Here's how the @OptaJonny tournament predictor views percentage likelihood of teams winning RWC.
Recent form, historical success, and fixture difficulty among factors involved. Opta say they simulated the RWC 10 million times to get these percentages.
What you reckon?
@coffeeheadaches@catherineroyuk@CareQualityComm Here are some examples from the mandatory training that I, an A&E reg and soon to be ITU reg, completed today. Was this a good use of my time?
