Did a Tibetan map stencil on the #Tennisracquet to remember about my roots while playing tennis.
The Tibetan map includes the 3 Cholka (province) U-Tsang, Kham & Amdo. Unfortunately it is not recognised by the PRC who have their own division of Tibet.

Freedom in Focus by World Liberty Congress Spokesperson, Chemi Lhamo
From global forums to international networks, the fight for Tibet continues to be heard. The CCP may try to silence Tibetans through repression, censorship, and fear, but the voices demanding freedom, dignity, and justice are growing louder across the world.
Tibet is both a warning and a call to action. Millions remain denied basic freedoms while political prisoners, erased identities, and forced assimilation continue under Chinese rule. The world cannot look away.

On the occasion of ས་ག་ཟླ་བ་ དུས་ཆེན་ (Saga Dawa Duchen), commemorating the Buddha's enlightenment and parinirvana, sharing one of the greatest honours of my life: being invited to read the citation for the Karuna Ratna (Jewel of Compassion) award presented to His Holiness the Fourteenth Dalai Lama earlier this year.
On March 11, I was part of a delegation of twenty-four Tibet Support Groups (TSGs) that offered བརྟན་བཞུགས་ (Tenshug, or long-life prayer offering) to the Dalai Lama at his home in Dharamshala.
I will always be grateful to Jyotsna Roy (Founding President of the Women's Wing of India Tibet Friendship Society) for giving me this once-in-a-lifetime gift to speak in His Holiness's presence about what his nearly seven-decade-long residence in India has meant for our people, and about our debt to his tireless work advancing compassion and harmony among all humankind. I am equally grateful to her for inviting me, in her capacity as editor, to contribute to the commemorative volume presented to His Holiness by the TSGs.
The 500-member TSG delegation was led by Rinchin Khandu Khrimey (@RKhrimey), National Convenor of the Core Group for the Tibetan Cause–India, and brought together longtime friends of Tibet from across the country. @SikyongPTsering also graced the occasion.
From college students to veteran public servants, activists, and academics, it was heartening to witness once again how deep and wide the affection for His Holiness and the solidarity with our Tibetan sisters and brothers runs in India.
May His Holiness be blessed with a long and healthy life, and may we be blessed with his presence for many years to come.
Happy Vesak, everyone!
