A medal is lovely. But I’d prefer it if we didn’t have to pay £20 after loosing our ID badge in a cardiac arrest, weren’t turned a way from the canteen when wearing scrubs on call, or not have to pay £100s for a parking permit but be ‘not guaranteed a space’.

@alisonleary1 Shocking! It is neglect, value patients right to dignity and respect. If the tables were turned and staff were told to put on incontinence pads as staff shortages would not allow breaks, I wonder what would happen? Where are the roaring nurses? Let us hear your voices!
