My order ID 222989199196555 was delivered. However, soup received was Veg Hot and Sour soup, which was extremely spicy; my order was Chicken Manchow soup for your reference. Wrong soup, that too veg, and then I get an email saying they can't process a refund. @SwiggyCares @Swiggy

@AvvatarIndia I ordered 1kg whey protein on 19th June. Every day since then, I have called support, asking why it hasn't even been shipped yet. All I am given is false promises of being shipped that day.. Just for it to not be shipped. Why this delay? I am disappointed.

There was no support executive handling my complain on my last order. I was asked to email, and was told the issue will be solved in 72 hours. Its been a week. Horrible customer support. Shame on you, Zomato.

About 2 days ago, I ordered a pizza. The app never gave me any disclaimer about the store being too busy, and yet the pizza was 1 hour late. I tried to claim the 30min guarantee. The delivery guy said "no" and left. I raised a concern in app, no response.
