@DedmanRollet @SpaceX @elonmusk Your idea may work for space x but other rockets that lose their stage 1 completly, end up hard crashing in the ocean. I'm pretty sure they have launched a falcon 9 in Cali years back

@DedmanRollet @SpaceX @elonmusk So there is Texas Florida and Virginia that are launch sites for the us, water is the best to launch over because there is little to no chance of injuring people. If launches happened over any western state the debris from the rockets could land in a multitude of place
