@JontyUpNorth @ITNArchive Maybe... but there are still extremely dangerous places on A19 ie. where vehicles can turn right, across the central reservation, and at Hutton Henry you have to join A19 with no slip road! And the fact remains that the A19 is basically a 2-lane motoway with no hard shoulder.

@thonningswhelan I'm sure somebody will already have suggested these but... Sergei Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto no 2 in C minor (slow 2nd movement is absolutely gorgeous!), Felix Mendelssohn's violin concerto in Em, Rachminov's Symphony no 2 in Em (3rd mov is lush) & Debussy's deux arabesques. 😃
