@ochkenny@StephenFlynnSNP They (50's born) mostly (some of us?) don't deserve anything (why not?) It's not your bloody money, it was our dues, our money, after starting work at aged 15 years and paying for the pensions of generations before us. 6 years pension stolen and for me, 50 years NI contributions.
@ConsPost#50sWomen remember very clearly @AngelaRayner@UKLabour shouting out in this #CEDAWinLAW video about how “The Govt STOLE our State Pensions” & how when in Power LABOUR PARTY would pay us back in FULL RESTITUTION !!
! Hey👋🏽 The Clock⏰is a ticking down!

I spoke today calling for the government to back the WASPI and 1950s women’s campaign for compensation. I warned the minister that this campaign is not going away until we secure justice. @WASPI_Campaign
@SkyNews That young chap has a mum, is she proud of his behaviour, the fear he tried to inflict on a senior. Shame, shame on him and shame on his parents.
@SussexIncidents Having worked for a huge American business for nigh on 20 years, with offices in Brighton, seeing the uncared for and dreadful rooftops, I'm not in the least surprised. Not a beautiful view.
In case anyone missed the Rachel Reeves speech on #WASPI after she deleted it from her website, here she is before she threw her own mother under a bus a few years later. Labour has money for Ukraine, Syria, Africa, China and Pakistan, but none for our own elderly.
When one gains power in government through lies and false promises. #LabourLies@Keir_Starmer should we be surprised about the lies that came out in PMQs today? Hang your head in shame. Here's a reminder of how Gov looked after their own MP's pension age rise. #WASPIbetrayal
MP Pensions were protected from reforms for those who were within 10 years of retirement. They knew what was right and just yet treated all #50sWomen to no notice of a 6 year hike in their state pension. #Backto60#OneVoice#JudicialReview
@PolitlcsUK At what point were 90% of #50swomen aware????
90% of our 50s born women may well have known about the SPA change @Keir_Starmer but ONLY when on the cusp of their expected retirement. A very misleading and obscure statement. Rest assured we're
#notgoingaway
UK Govt spinning yarns.
Whilst denying pension compensation to 1950s women, the Minister said the new State Pension will rise by more than £470 a year from April.
What she didn't say was that only 26% of pensioners will get full amount, others less.

The change to #WASPI women’s pension age has already saved the exchequer £181 billion. Paying compensation for government wrongdoing is a tiny fraction of that amount. This is a political choice; money is and has been found for other causes.
