Our evolving response to the #CostOfLivingCrisis has helped us see what a fabulous community we live in. One aspect of that has been how readily businesses and other organisations have given their support. Feeling blessed. https://t.co/q7OJcQQwJz

@judelevermore 'She's here'. Unexpectedly burst into tears at a mainstream denomination opening understandings of God up in such a high profile and yet natural way. Thank you to everyone who got that script through committees.
How brilliant is this! 👏

Dursley Tabernacle Community Food Hub - these wonderful volunteers collect surplus food from the supermarkets and distribute weekly gifts to those who need them most, what is left is offered to passers-by. Please help spread the word, or volunteer, or both. Thanks @highsheriffs
From Acacia Drive to Yew Tree Avenue, 7 Tab members have prayed a blessing over every street in Cam, Dursley and Coaley this Advent. Soggy at times but moments of joy and discovery! Happy Christmas from everyone at the Tab 🌲🎁

We bought 69 olive trees as our Christmas appeal last year and were grateful to @FollowEmbrace for the opportunity to support farmers living under military occupation and feeling so cut off from the world. Would recommend it!
Planting an olive tree means you are helping the Palestinian people maintain their ancient ties to the land, preserving an important source of income and sustenance.

@captaintommoore@JasonManford @revkatebottley The Revd John Reardon enters his 88th year and is walking 88 miles this month for @themeadcentre to provide an accessible, inclusive space with sensory room and changing facilities. Can you help please? https://t.co/3HfMjHV9Ai
Huge congrats to our minister Simon Helme who has raised just short of 5k for @christian_aid Week by walking over 300,000 steps in #May, enabling us to act globally while having to stay very local. Happily his fears of bringing the rain with him were also unfounded!
Fancy praying 2-3am on #Saturday morning?! We are excited about our 24hr prayer chain for #ThyKingdomCome, only for some reason we haven't filled that slot yet.🤔Reflections, scripture, video and poetry all provided as prompts if you want to sign up (other slots are available)!😀
With Covid-19 now having reached a #Rohingya#refugee camp Simon's walk has a new sense of urgency. He has already walked over 150km and will explain why he is keeping going when he speaks on @BBCGlos @ 7.20am tomorrow. #caweek
Fancy walking 300,000 paces in May to raise money for charity. Take a step Rev Simon Helme from Dursley. How is he getting on? Join me Sunday from 6am @BBCGlos to find out. Great conversation, classic music and a bit of fun! @christianaid@DursleyTab
Day 1: Minister @SimonHelme has pledged to walk 300k steps in #May for @christian_aid to help people across the world protect themselves from #COVID19 and move out of poverty. So far so good! https://t.co/rYYMr7MPgk #caweek@we
