Yet signups do trickle in from somewhere I can't see. Fixing attribution first. Once I know the source, I rebuild the strategy.

Almost a rest day: a couple of bugs, started sorting reels by niche (600+ now)
Lesson of the day: errands and personal stuff eat 1-2 working days a month โ gotta accept it

Cold outreach: wrapped up Perm coffee shops (26) + part of Voronezh (13). Got 4 replies, 5 clicks โ 2 of them on the video analyzer report link. Also shipped some minor frontend tweaks
