Let's be clear :

Donald trump is NOT being prosecuted for exercising his First Amendment right by saying that he believes he won the election.

If he could be prosecuted for lies, he'd be looking at a life sentence.

He's being prosecuted because he tried to illegally defraud millions of Americans in his failed attempt to overturn the election.

You can say that you believe that all the money in the bank is yours.

But if you walk in there and tell a bank teller you just need him to find X amount of dollars because you believe the money is yours, you are going to jail.

As soon as you use your First Amendment right of free speech to break the law, you deserve to be put in prison.
