@Ravisutanjani After sales service of mahindra is scary. I have seen how service quality dipped in last 10 years. Bought XUV 500 twice but since last two years facing significant service issues. XUV at service station for 12 days for sun roof glass replacement. Frustrating

@drnngujarathi @anandmahindra @MahindraCares Using XUV 500 and I can tell you after sales service is scary. After owning two XUV 500 SUVs I am planning to move to other brand. My XuV is at service station for last 12 days for sun roof glass replacement. Can’t rely on the brand anymore #noXUV

@anandmahindra After sales service is equally important. As a loyal 10 years Customer of XUV, I can tell you that after sales service is a big challenge now. Like foreign brands, mahindra is keeping car for 15 days for small issues. I hope after sales service improves.
