Well this happened @_PVRCinemas Phoenix Market city Pune when i went to watch Dhurandhar on 13th Jan 26.
1) Lax security - No one scanned my tickets and I was just frisked by security and entered the movie hall

2) There were kids aged around 3- 11 in the movie hall.

What's happening @_PVRCinemas @PicturesPVR cinemas at Phoenix market City Pune. Tiks last night booked at an Atmos screen. Sound was so muffled for trailers, sub par sound for the superhero movie I booked. I have been to this screen before and am dissapointed😞 #fix this
