My favorite: Marcus Stroman @STR0

He has added HB to almost all his pitches…

but he is throwing almost 20% MORE pitches with a fast tempo than last year. This has resulted in his best xERA since 2015… his 2nd fastest tempo

Weird Drill:
This RHP kept being quad dominant in his right foot & was struggling to feel his whole foot in the ground

To remedy this, the athlete jumped, landed, and went into leg lift

This allowed him to be athletic and FEEL the desired force in his foot. He saw success w/ it
