@AmericanAir Dominican Republic is a very small country, I will try my best to let everyone know what kind of service you are offering to your customers. Taking them out of a plane because you oversold the flight and not finding a solution will make you loose money!

American Airlines customer service stinks. Paid for main cabin extra seats and got downgraded. No notice, no apologies and now no response to my request for a refund. Gate agents lied to me that 11 A& 11B were main cabin extra. Lies!

@AmericanAir You are getting a lawsuit for abusing of customers making them loose money and time. I was taken out of the plane after I already had my seat assigned. 5:45 am flight and 45 minute drive to the airport. Lost important meeting, time and money They want to charge more

@AmericanAir took me out of the plane after I had my ticket and seat assigned. They said they oversold the flight. Lost money because of them. Now I am trying to reschedule the meeting and they are even charging me a fee por changing my flight + extra fee.
