@AmazonHelp There is no option for replying on that as it is a message not a mail. This is the last time I am following up on this issue, if a satisfactory solution is not provided to me I will go to consumer court and register a case u/s section 24A of consumer protection act 2019.

@AmazonHelp Yes I have a git mail stating that my complaint is registered and a solution will be provided within 03 working days. I got this mail on 25.08.2020 it’s been a week, it’s not resolved I want my money to be refunded.
