@VerizonSupport Hi. I ran through a bunch of different solutions from both sides. Different browsers. Making sure browsers are up to date. Windows OS up to date. Router up to date. Restarting. Clearing cache cookies. I’ve seen other people post on Twitter this is from an update Verizon pushed?

@VerizonSupport Hi. I have checked with YouTube support and Verizon support. Both say it’s the other. I have gigabit Fios and can’t even buffer a video at 720p for more than 5 seconds of play at a time. Beyond that. It defaults all videos to 144p. I can stream Hulu Netflix perfectly fine.

@DrAlistairN @Verizon I don’t know if anyone else will see this but if you disable the TCP Checksum Offload (IPv6) in your adapter settings. It fixed the issue immediately.
