Ineligible receiver downfield is the dumbest penalty in sports. Like ok, I can understand not allowing offensive linemen to catch passes, but on top of that we’re gonna say they can’t wander 5 yards from the line? Can anyone explain the reasoning behind this? #NYGvsDAL
