As Africa becomes the new frontier in the race for critical minerals, one obstacle stands in the way – landmines.

HALO has cleared over 120,000 landmines in Angola yet a significant number of minefields remain along the Lobito Corridor, a vital route connecting the DRC, Zambia and Angola to global markets.

Watch Lobito Bound as explorer Dwayne Fields travels along Angola’s Lobito Corridor revealing how landmine clearance is key to unlocking Africa’s trade routes.

The future of trade, safety and development in this region depends on clearing Angola’s remaining mines.
