@AmericanAir #DoBetter. 13 hours of delays, gate agents pointing me to 1-800 numbers who say they can't do anything and go see a gate agent, who say they are being assigned to another flight, call the number and around we go. For 8 solid hours of a 13 hour delay. Do better!!!
