Do you remember Cynthia Morgan?

Na that Cynthia Morgan part touch me. I used to love her songs. Till now if you play them you will still enjoy them... Raw Talent... But her career was killed prematurely.

I remember Cynthia granting an interview then that she wasn't making money from her music and her management took everything. She also said her royalties were not coming to her. I never knew it was this same JUDE!

Cynthia Morgan (Madrina) made several heavy allegations against her former label boss, Jude Okoye, and his record label, Northside Music Inc., claiming she was financially exploited and manipulated. Her claims centered around contractual deceit, withheld royalties, and structural issues regarding the label.

Allegations Regarding Earnings and Financial Mismanagement:

1. The ₦30 Million Discrepancy: Morgan revealed that during a meeting in 2016, Jude Okoye and her manager informed her that she had earned ₦30 million. Instead of receiving her payout, she claims Jude manipulated her by stating she did not understand her contract.

2: The Car Dispute: Out of those earnings, she alleged Jude sold her a Range Rover for ₦6 million and deducted ₦1 million for maintenance, despite publicly telling people he gave her the vehicle for free.

3: Withheld Royalties: Morgan consistently claims that Northside Music withheld her intellectual property earnings and streaming royalties. She highlighted that despite performing at 11 major Star Trek shows (earning over ₦1 million each) and receiving ₦5 million from Coke Studio in 2016, she saw very little of the money and was left financially ruined.

Now, amid Jude's highly publicized financial legal battles with his brother Peter Okoye (Mr P), Morgan openly supported Peter. She publicly called Jude “toxic, divisive, and wicked,” stating she is a living witness to his ability to "make the truth disappear".

4. The Secret Bank Account Connection: Following an Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) investigation into Jude Okoye, Peter Okoye claimed that Jude had funneled money into a secret "Northside Music" account. Peter publicly stated he reached out to Cynthia Morgan because he believed her missing earnings were hidden in that account as Jude said the account had earnings from his artist Cynthia Morgan.
