Show them what they'll lose, if they don't cater to their audience. Tell them in the comments. Leave their services. Unsubscribe. Don't purchase. If you continue to indulge them, they will continue to trample over you.

I’ve been a PlayStation gamer all my life, so this isn’t coming from a place of hate, but a desire for rectification🚀

I’m glad players are finally waking up to the reality that Sony, and by extension most of gaming has been thriving on a 2 decade old glory, and that most of what’s being made nowadays is neither worth the wait nor the price, and it’s a beautiful glaze on a decaying cake.

It goes beyond nitpicking or but with expanse comes accountability:

✅Pricing continues to increase
✅Development times expand by years
✅Budgets are ballooning
✅Quality is in decline
✅No transparency or commutation
✅Ownership is diminishing
✅Consoles becoming way more expensive
✅Barely any remarkable leaps

So it makes total sense to focus on the details:

❓Why am I paying $70?
❓Why am I waiting 5-7 years?
❓Why can’t I own my game?
❓Why do I need internet?
❓Why does the water splatter look fake?
❓Why is the movement stiff?
❓Why many cuteness & little gameplay?
❓Why cutscenes are now boring and stiff?

All their questions are valid when the products keep getting more complicated, expensive and time-consuming to make and play.

Sony, and by extension gaming, needs a major reset, and players who stand up and not just consume out of brand loyalty.

There is no loyalty
There is no “I support that studio”
There is no point in pretending what is not good to be good just to support a “side”

The only side that matters is your own interest in games.
