Last week, I was horrified to read an article in the Miami Herald describing the shady world of cosmetic surgery in South Florida. I knew that cosmetic surgery was a significant industry here, but what stunned me was how little oversight we apply to the clinics. #votedeede

It was a big weekend on Miami Beach. For the tenth year in a row, we celebrated Gay Pride with parades, parties, panel discussions, concerts, and kinship.

On the federal level, things are no better. Speaker Ryan blamed school shootings on “problems in the system”. His deputy, Rep. Steve Scalise, blamed “people at the FBI”. You have got to be kidding me.
