On Wednesday, 13 May, the Anniversary of the First Apparition of Our Lady at Fatima, we were able to lay our Br Ignatius Maria, https://t.co/gn6I6x9o3X.R. to rest in the monastery cemetery. Words seem empty of expression. We hope that these two small films capture something that words do not say.
Rest in Peace dear Brother.
A child of Mary is never lost. You were above all a child of Mary.
On Tuesday, 12 May, 2026, our Br Ignatius Maria, https://t.co/7k1J09SHpz.R., whose body the sea had at last given up some days before, returned home to Papa Stronsay.
Our Fr Anthony Mary's recent interview with Mr Thomas Caffrey on WQPH radio's show "The 13th Apostle". (WQPH serves Shirley-Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and the world).
Inspired by the father of all monks, Saint Antony of the Desert, a group of Irish Catholic monks set sail more than 1,400 years ago to discover a “desert in the pathless sea.” They sought an island that, while physically set apart could also be made holy—made Catholic—by God working through those willing monks and their life of worship in the language of the ancient Church, through contemplative prayer and by a life of service via the Great Commission, to spread the Gospel to lands far and wide. They found that island: Papa Stronsay, or “Little Priest’s Island.” Today, the island is home to the spiritual descendants of those men and of St Alphonsus Liguori: the Sons of the Most Holy Redeemer, also known as the Transalpine Redemptorists. This order has been in the news lately because of their “Open Letter,” a document published last fall that protests the modernist changes in the Church. Listen as Fr. Anthony Mary, FSSR, Rector of Golgotha Monastery, provides some history of both the order and their controversial “Letter.”

Recently there has been some consternation about the liquefaction of the Blood Relic of St Januarius in Naples. It is being reported that the Holy Blood liquefied in the hands of Leo XIV during his visit to Naples on 8 May, the first anniversary of his election. From this is adduced theological proof of his pontificate. It is a good argument, but like everything Catholic if one investigates truthfully one often finds that theories are something other than facts.
It is normal for the Holy Blood to liquefy on the Saturday before the First Sunday of May. Usually the liquefied blood remains liquefied for 8 days, for the Octave. It is returned to its custodia at that point. That is exactly what happened this year. It liquefied as usual on 2 May, at 17:04 PM
When Leo XVI visited on 8 May and blessed with the Holy Blood it had been liquefied for 6 days already. This gets reported as "liquefied in his hands". Actually what we can see is that it was liquefied, and it was in his hands.
Likewise, when the schismatic patriarch of Constantinople visited the relic in 2023 it is reported that the blood "liquefied in his hands". Is this report any more reliable than the above reports? From the picture one can see likewise that it was liquefied, it was in his hands and that he attempted to bless with it.
We may conclude from the visual evidence that St Januarius allows non-Catholic's to handle his liquified blood relic without a counter miracle of coagulation.
Holy Martyr St Januarius, bless and protect us in virtue of the shedding of thy holy blood!

Father Michael Mary talks of the confetti of thumbnails of apostasy we see everyday, and encourages us to trace it down to its root, which they have documented in the footnotes.

FROM PAPA STRONSAY: Dear Friends, You will note that the news and images we have posted of our Br Ignatius' Requiem are of events within the last month. We purposely do not post more out of respect for Brother's family.
At the time of making this video nobody could have known what would happen in a few short weeks. Only now, watching it again, does one see so many Providences. We think Brother would hope that souls may benefit from his witness. Those who lived with him know how good he was.
Just a thought, for what it is worth, about some ramifications of two sticks and a firewood box.
One is able to read about it here. https://t.co/p9qaspGI0h
