@chilternrailway I have a Annual Gold Season ticket (London - Haddenham), but was told I had to buy a ticket on Saturday to go to Birmingham. I thought weekend travel was free on Chiltern routes with the season ticket?

@TUIUK I cannot believe your seating policy allows you to put children (aged 9 and 7 years old) multiple rows back, on their own and away from their parents, despite having a full row available (but only if you pay extra). How is this safe? What happens in an emergency?
