@GolfCanada When will you be fixing some of the issues with your new app? All followers/following gone, can’t request to re-follow.. etc. More issues reported in the app reviews on iPhone.

@GolfCanada I believe you misunderstand - I am referencing your NEW app (and I have confirmed I have the most recent update). Last version I followed 12, and had 6 follow me back. Where did they go? And let’s say they’re gone - why doesn’t the request button work anymore? See image/video.

@AHoensbroech Super cool that your phone agents had no messaging or a contingency communication plan if a strike notice was filed. If that’s your strategy - to hang you phone agents and customers out to dry - you’re failing. @WestJet
