Five workdays lost to @RoomsToGo deliveries. Three times for broken dressers and once for a broken desk. They no longer carry the desk. The repair is inadequate, but the alternative is a mismatched desk. They gave me 10% off. 👎

The worst customer service is @potterybarn $25k of LR, DR, and BR furniture ordered in January from Leane at the Raleigh Southpoint store w/ a promise of 60 days. 90 days later, no furniture. No call ever. Store manager Cameron won’t call, Cynthia at customer svc hung up. AWFUL!
